Detection is cheap and machines are good at it. Deciding what is actually actionable is the hard part, and that is where the work lives.
Sweep the surfaces
Lookalike domains and clone sites, scanned for your brand name and your product names. Marketplace and social surfaces are being added one at a time, and each one's real status is published on its page.
Grade by hand
Every candidate is reviewed by a person. Parked domains and legitimate competitors are dropped; anything that matched on name but looks like an unrelated business is shown to you separately, flagged, and never counted as an infringement.

We prepare the notice, the evidence pack and the platform paperwork. You approve. Then it goes out — sent by you from a ready-to-file pack, or by us under your written authority.

an infringement.
Most tools count matches, because matches are easy to count. Before anything reaches you, it has to clear three gates.
Do you hold a valid right here?
A registered mark in the region, or a copyright in the images and copy being used. No right, no case — and we'd rather tell you that than pad a report.
Would a platform accept it?
Timestamped capture, the live URL, and a side-by-side a reviewer can act on without coming back with questions.
Are we authorized to file?
In writing, from you, per case. Everything else waits on a watchlist until it stops being a maybe.
A removal date. The platform's queue isn't ours to control, and any vendor quoting you one is quoting a number they can't hold. Our own filing target instead: under 24 hours on authorized cases.
A similar silhouette, a competitor in your category, or a business that happens to share your word in another language. We've caught all three in real scans, and let all three go.
Parked domains, dead links and pages we couldn't reach. “We didn't see it” is not the same as “it isn't there,” and a scan that hides its gaps isn't a scan.
