Our standard
A match is not a verdict. Here is the line we draw, and what we keep out of the count to hold it.

Three gates
Does the page carry your marks?
Your name, your product names, a copyright line in your name, a claim to be your official store. A name-only resemblance is not enough; it is flagged as doubtful, not counted.
Is the record complete?
Timestamped full-page capture, the live URL, and the IP address the page resolved to. If a page could not be reached, the record says so instead of guessing.
Is the decision yours?
Always. RIHTAN grades and records; it does not decide what is unlawful and sends nothing on your behalf. Doubtful matches wait on a watchlist until they stop being a maybe.
Parked domains, dead links and unreachable pages are reported as what they are. A list padded with them looks impressive and wastes your afternoon.
High confidence means the page carries your marks and clears all three gates, not that a name looked similar.
Mark a seller as authorized and it never comes back to you again. The mistake we most want to avoid is your own partner sitting in your record as a copy.
