What RIHTAN collects, what we use it for, and what we don't do at all — no analytics, no tracking, deletion on request.
What you send us: your email address, your brand name, your official domains and storefronts, and — if you become a client — the rights documents needed to file on your behalf.
Running your scans, grading findings, and preparing and filing cases you authorize. Nothing else.
This site sets no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use your documents for anything beyond your own cases.
None. We set no cookies at all, which is why you are not being asked to accept any. Our host may set a short-lived technical cookie to block automated abuse; it carries no identity and is not used to track you across sites.
Ask and we delete your data and documents, except the minimum we are required to keep: invoicing records, and the record of filings already sent on your authorization. Evidence captures attached to a filing stay with the platform that received them. Email hello@rihtan.com.
